It is the deadline for schedule changes. It is the deadline for any high school student wishing to run for class officer. You can sign up at the Main Office. It is also the deadline for students to complete their online Vector training.

All student information including grades, assignments, attendance, and discipline are now visible in the WVEIS PORTAL.
Parents must have an email address on file with our school prior to requesting access to the WVEIS PORTAL.

In order to support learning, West Virginia state policy now states that personal communication devices must be powered off and stored in the student's locker or with their personal belongings (backpack) from the beginning of the school day (7:55 a.m.) to the end of the school day (3:15 p.m.). Please mak sure that your child is aware.


When bringing your child to school tomorrow:
Grades 7–8: Please drop off at the junior high side (front of the school).
Grades 9–12: Please drop off at the Main Entrance.
Just a reminder: the inside lane is for buses only.

This is a reminder that Point Pleasant Junior Senior High School will be hosting an Open House on Friday , August 15 for grades 8 and 10 through 12. On Monday, August 18, we will have orientation for grades 7 and 9 from 3:30 to 5:30. Hope to see you there.

Danny Chapman, Safety Director with Mason County Schools, would like to make our communities aware that the week of July 28th thru August 1st (2025) Mason County Schools, in partnership with Emergency Management and law enforcement, will be conducting training exercises in a variety of locations across the county to prepare for the upcoming school year. During this time, first responders will be observed at schools conducting training at different times throughout the week. Please do not be alarmed if you see these trainings happening. High test scores are crucial for your student's future! MSESC is excited to hold a 3-day workshop which includes targeted SAT/ACT test prep, math tutoring, and reading/writing tutoring! Mason County students entering grades 10-12 for the 2025-2026 school year are eligible to participate at no cost to families.
This 3-day workshop will be offered July 28-30, 2025 @ Mason County Schools' Board Office Event Center from 9am to 4 pm daily.
